A Video Conference Session at TIHS
We, at The Indian Heights School always aspire to provide opportunities to our students to become global citizens. To achieve this goal the school has formed partnership with many schools abroad and our students are involved in regular penpal projects, video conferencing sessions and curriculum activities. A Video Conference session was held on 27th October 2016 with the student of Horsham West And Haven Primary School, Australia. It was a pleasant interaction between the students of both the schools. The excitement and enthusiasm was writ large on the faces of our students as well as the Australian students. The discussion mainly centered around our culture and tradition and the festivity associated with ‘Deepawali’. Our students gave brief information and shared facts about the festivals of lights, Deepawali. The interaction also included inquisitive queries about our country’s weather, sports, and other famous festivals. Our students immensely benefitted from this video conferencing session as it boosted their morale & confidence and also enhanced their knowledge.
